Complaints, privacy requests and accessibility

You can tell us about a problem, ask about your information, or ask for help using CareBill Ally in another way. If you have an account, sign in and choose Help to send a request we can track. You can also call, email or write to us. We confirm complaints within 2 business days.

Privacy requests (a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion) can be made in Settings → Privacy after you sign in, or by contacting us. Please do not send medical details by email.
